How long is a webinar?
HUPO ReConnect 2021 kicks off with a series of 60-minute webinars taking place in August and October in which the very best of proteomics research will be presented as a prelude to the main Congress sessions.
Do I have to register to watch the webinar?

Each webinar is free! By registering for our complimentary webinar, you agree to be added to our mailing list
Are the webinars live or on-demand?
The webinars are live but will be recorded and made available on a later date to registrants.

How do I access the live webinar?
Registered attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to access the webinar a few days before the live presentation. The webinars will be held on the Zoom Platform (click to download):

Can I view presentations on my Tablet or Smart-phone?
Yes, the live presentation will run through Zoom.us

What is the recommended bandwidth to attend the webinar?
For the best experience, we recommend at least 1.2 Mbps download speed.
Can I view presentations from Work or Home?
Absolutely! As long as you have an Internet connection, you will be able to view the presentation. If your internet connection is slow make sure you close all other programmes and apps that are connected to the internet.
What happens if I can't make it to one of the live presentations?
No worries! All the presentations will be recorded and will be made available at a later date after the presentation concludes. You will have access to these recordings and will be able to watch them at your own pace, pausing to take notes, fast-forwarding to sections that you're interested in, or rewinding to watch it again.

Can I download the presentation to watch when not connected to the Internet?
Unfortunately, no. You will require a high-speed internet connection to stream the presentations.
Can I view presentations from Work or Home?
Absolutely! As long as you have an Internet connection, you will be able to view the presentation. If your internet connection is slow make sure you close all other programmes and apps that are connected to the internet.
Can I pause a recorded on-demand presentation and resume it later?
Yes! Play, Pause or Rewind whenever you need to. You will need to leave that presentation open on your computer. If you reopen the presentation it will start from the beginning. Video playback is available in HTML5 in order to provide a wide range of compatibility across most devices.
